Cargo Inspector

Denmark - Infrastructure - Building & Construction - Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality - Vocational School

The role of an inspector is often overlooked- but there’s no point spending time and money on creating a quality product for it all to go wrong at the end.

This project involves the load out of over 4400 large bags of grout into 20 foot containers.

You will be in charge of making sure the bags produced are packed and stored away in the best condition possible.

About this role

You will be working out of Aalborg, Denmark as the interface between two of our client’s subcontractors.

This is a part time job, working Mondays and Tuesdays for a period of 3 months. Load out will then stop for approximately 1 month and then another 3-month schedule will begin.

Your main responsibility will be to ensure that the bags of grout loaded into the containers are in good condition, and the containers are prepared properly with plywood.

The bags of grout need to be stored and secured without any damage and you’ll also need to present a short report with pictures as proof that the cargo is in good order.

About you

Inspection work won’t be new to you. You’ll have a number of years’ experience working in the field of inspection or QA/QC.

You will also need to be fluent in English, both spoken and written.

The client is looking for someone to start early February and so you will need to be available and free to start by the 3rd Feb at the latest.
