Drilling Materials & Logistics (HQ-KL)

About this role

Responsibilities:• Report directly to Drilling Manager;• Ensure all Drilling Materials & Logistics (Vessel & Helibase) activities are conducted as per client HSSE requirements;• Provide effective Materials & Logistics (Vessel & Helibase) support to all Drilling, Completion and Workover activities;• Work with Off-shore/On-shore Materials Coordinator to ensure the timely arrival and departure of personnel & equipment to and from the rig• Strive to improve operational efficiency and eliminate non-productive time;• Be accountable for Drilling inventory management, including inventory optimization, stock stored offsite with vendors etc;• Ensure annual stock take meets invoiced amounts;• Be responsible for the Drilling QA/QC programme;• Work with engineers to prepare long term forecast for Drilling M&L requirements, including OCTG, Wellhead, Christmas Trees’ transport, yard and warehousing requirements;• Assist SCM team in contractor management with quarterly SQMs for high value contracts;• Maintain stocks at manageable levels;• Ensure PPGUA are met for timely use/disposal of Drilling project materials.

About you

Requirement:• Hold a minimum degree in relevant discipline;• Have at least 10 years working experience, combination of the following role;▪ Drilling Material Management;▪ Cost Control Management;▪ Vessel Coordination at Kemaman Supply Base;▪ Helibase Operations at East Coast Peninsula Malaysia;• Have at least 5 years prior experience in the same role;• Familiar with Material Management Software i.e. ORACLE, SAP etc;• Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa;• Be computer literate.
