  • Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other company HSE procedures in all activities;
  • Carry out work in compliance with company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed company priorities and objectives, company standards and procedures and good industry practices;
  • Promote and support execution of digital and automation tools and processes within company Major Project Engineering teams and across all projects;
  • Assist company Project Engineering Manager in planning, organizing, execution and control of full life cycle of engineering management activities from initiation to close out;
  • Prepare engineering progress and look head management overview with use of the discipline engineering reports and project execution plans;
  • Prepare and maintain required engineering processes and procedures, work instructions and check lists as instructed by Project Engineering Manager;
  • Support and coordinate the development of project engineering specification and engineering contractual documents for Call for Tender Phase, coordinate with PMT and PMC teams to ensure clear engineering information are available and are communicated;
  • Gather project lesson learned from projects and ensure their use and valorization in the on-going projects;
  • Re-organize company ENG folder/information to enhance fast accessible information and communication within MP ENG. Is the focal point for the ENG folder management;
  • Support the closure of project technical review points liaising with company entities;
  • Ensure that major engineering deliverables produced by various projects meet overall Pre-study, Statement of Requirements and company Technical Specifications and rules;
  • Support development of project overall data sheets by providing technical and engineering information;
  • Assist with overall project closeout, including completion documents, As-built, engineering, deficiency corrections and handover process.
  • To anticipate Potential Change Order and propose to management optimized way forward;
  • Attend meetings with potential bidders, as required, during various stage of FEED & EPC CFT.



  • Qualification: Master’s degree in a technical discipline;
  • Graduate engineer with a good level of technical understanding of all relevant technical disciplines, with at least 15 years’ experience of onshore/offshore oil & gas project;
  • Offshore experience is required;
  • Good knowledge of industry codes, standards and legislations on SHE aspect;
  • Familiar with Oil & gas project organizations;
  • Strong leadership skills and good communication skills;
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
